These are item of daily use by the soldier when he was either in the field, in the barracks or what he had with him on leave. Some of these items were issued or they were things the soldier bought from the regimental store.
GERMAN ARMY WW2 Field use SALT SHAKER in orange

This is a reproduction German WW2 salt / pepper shaker as
was used in the field kitchens in simulated orange bakelite. It held either salt or sugar for coffee and had a small screw
cap that could be removed so the content could be shaken out on the
food. These reproduction pieces are made of a hard plastic resin that
simulates the original Bakelite very well. The diameter is 4" (10 cm).
The top screw cap works perfectly so this item can be used just like the
original for living history display. It is only $5.50 to ship this item
