This is a set of 15 reproduction German WWII aluminum rivets that are to be used to attach the helmet liner leather to the inner band. They are European made and just like the originals and on top of it have been artificially aged. The number of rivets needed on each liner depends a lot on the size. For the size 61 liner (one of the largest made) uses 13 rivet so you have two extra on top of that. It is $3.50 to ship these rivets anywhere in the world.
